Isaiah Todd – Raleigh, NC

PF | 6-foot-10 | 195 lbs | No. 14 overall

As easily one of the most talented power forward prospects in this class, Isaiah Todd has attracted his fair share of suitors. Additionally, even though Kentucky currently holds most of the crystal ball predictions for his commitment, it feels as though everyone remaining in his recruiting battle still has a shot at landing him. Todd recently cut his list to just five and now only Kansas, Kentucky, Memphis, North Carolina, and Michigan. That group pretty much encompasses the vast majority of elite recruiting programs in the nation and all would be ecstatic to add a player of Todd’s caliber.

Considering Todd is ranked as the 14th overall player in the class, he would be a tremendous snag for the Michigan program. Many fans are expecting strong recruiting efforts right away by Coach Howard and swooping in for this commitment would go a long way. Todd is a lanky and athletic power forward that can fill it up in a variety of ways. He might need to add some strength before taking the next steps in his game but he should be an immediate impact forward with major scoring potential. That would definitely help Michigan moving forward.

While playing for Nightrydas Elite (FL) on the EYBL circuit this summer, Todd was exceptional. Over the course of 18 total contests, he averaged 17.7 points (.508/.293/.651), 8.3 rebounds, and 1.6 blocks per game. Todd can add more strength and improve his consistency as a shooter but there is no question that he is a top-ranked player for plenty of good reasons.
