No. 3 Antoine Davis – Detroit Mercy

Going into his sophomore season Davis is still unknown to most, much like another great mid-major scorer in Chris Clemons. Davis averaged over 26 points a game as a freshman. Davis is someone that is going to be a high volume shooter, but he still knocks down a fairly high percentage of his shots.

The best part of Davis is you constantly think “no” at some of his shots, but more often than not those are the shots that end up falling for him. He has free range to shoot and his dad who is the coach at Mercy will not stop him, and why would you considering he shoots almost 40% from range as a freshman. He could very well by the end of his career give Pistol Pete a run for his money at the scoring record of almost 3,700 points. Davis should lead the country in scoring this year and hopefully, the Titans make a future postseason run so more people get to see him.

Davis is unknown and needs to be on tv because he is worth watching the game just to see how many he can score. While he might not play in a competitive conference he can score 40 on any given night if he feels like it.
