Jaden Springer – Brandenton, FL

SG | 6-foot-4 | 195 lbs | No. 13 overall

Florida recently made the final five for talented guard Jaden Springer and they should still be prioritizing the top-15 prospect. With that said, though, the Gators will have a tough time beating out the likes of Michigan, Tennessee, North Carolina, and Memphis. Springer’s offer list is incredible and those are some outstanding programs in his final list. The Gators are not regarded as one of the favorites despite making his final five. If Coach White does land the commitment, though, he would be adding a well-built shooting guard with the ability to fill it up with consistency at all three levels. Springer brings plenty of size and toughness while also simply being born to score.

Cade Cunningham – Arlington, TX

CG | 6-foot-6 | 215 lbs | No. 2 overall

One of the top-rated players in the entire country, Cade Cunningham has attracted plenty of recruiting suitors. The Gators are definitely among those considering the program made the final five for the superstar. Cunningham, as a player, is a 6-foot-6 playmaker with the ability to impact each game in a variety of ways. He can be a primary distributor, go-to scorer, and elite defender. Cunningham will only play one year at the college level and it will be special. Even though Florida is involved, though, many believe that Oklahoma State is the overwhelming favorite to secure the commitment. Cunningham has been rumored to be on the Cowboys for some time and his brother is now an assistant coach at the school. It would be a surprise if he ends up elsewhere.

That concludes this look at some of Florida’s top targets in the 2020 recruiting class. Coach White is clearly one of the best on the recruiting trail and it will be interesting to see which players eventually commit to play in Gainesville. The Gators are on the verge of returning to consistently elite levels on the national stage. This year will start it and the 2020 recruiting class could continue that run.
