13. USC Trojans

USC recruiting has been steadily improving under the leadership of head coach Andy Enfield. Over the past five years, the Trojans have consistently landed a higher-ranked recruiting class than the year before every single time. This was recently continued when the coaching staff secured the No. 7 overall class in 2019. Even though USC has been far from the most successful program in the country over the last several years, they are a very dangerous recruiting program. Coach Enfield clearly understands how to build relationships and Southern California is an incredible geographical location for talent and luring commitments.

Looking ahead to the future, the next step for USC is to find consistent success on the court. They are clearly recruiting at a high level right now but will need to win more games before leaping up another tier or two in the most-feared list. The Trojans clearly already have a ton to offer to prospects but a winning pedigree would take them to the next step. The Trojans are very solidly one of the top-25 best recruiting programs in the country but have the potential to skyrocket up the rankings with more wins.

One of the issues with this is that although Coach Enfield is a terrific recruiter, the Trojans are likely just the fourth of fifth-best recruiting program in the Pac-12. It will be difficult to rise up the conference rankings as a result of Oregon, Arizona, UCLA, and Washington all also boasting great recruiting successes of late.
