An experienced roster and star recruits mean a deep team for Louisville

Not only will Louisville be a very good team, but they will also be extremely deep. You can expect Nwora and Sutton to man the forward spots and Kimble should be the team’s starting point guard, at least to start the season. Johnson is a guy who could challenge for that spot later on, but the freshman is recovering from offseason surgery.

Williamson should start from the jump, but the last spot could be up for grabs, Enoch who began his career at UConn could have the spot as a senior, but if Williams shows even more improvement after last season, he could get the nod.

The bench will be one of the better benches in the country in my opinion. In the frontcourt, they are likely to have either Enoch or Williams with Igiehon right behind them. At the forward spots, the Cardinals could be young but productive with Withers and Slazinski and even Johnson has the ability to guard multiple positions if they want to go a little smaller with Nwora, Sutton and Johnson on the floor at once. The guards will be a bit more experienced, with Perry and McMahon providing some stability and Nickelberry could be the scorer of the second unit.
