By Joe Chambers
#9: Timmy Allen – Utah
Timmy Allen is yet another young talent in the Pac-12. The sophomore comes into the 19-20 season after averaging 12.2 ppg last year and shot 57.5% from the field last year. He also shot 73.5% from the free throw line last year as well. Allen is a competitor and don’t be surprised if he helps the Utes late in the year closer to the conference tournament.
#8: Tyler Bey – Colorado
One of the best returning players in the Pac-12 is Tyler Bey. He averaged 13.6 ppg, almost 10 rpg, and shot 54.1% from the field. He’s one of the most talented players in the Pac-12 right now so you will want to remember his name later in the season. He was the Pac-12 leader in double-doubles, which should show you he can grab boards and score so you might want to box him out.
#7: Ethan Thompson – Oregon State
Ethan enters 2019-20 college basketball season as a junior, who just put up big numbers his 2nd year with the Beavers. After starting every game he played in, he averaged 13.7 ppg, five boards, nearly 4 assists and a steal per game. Thompson, who you can consider a lengthy scorer in the Pac-12 is ready to embark and put up big numbers his junior season. He is not only just a good player on the court, he also does a lot of work in the community.
