5. Villanova vs. Kansas (Dec. 21)

When Kansas travels to play Villanova at the Wells Fargo Arena, I expect to say an extremely fast-paced and high scoring game. The home-court advantage, of course, favors Villanova, and I think they will pull off the upset.

Winner: Villanova

4. Kansas vs. Duke (Nov. 5, Champions Classic)

Duke’s performance in exhibition games shows that they are looking ahead to this game with Kansas in the Champions Classic. This looking ahead will not do them much good because Kansas will be too much for them to handle right from the beginning.

Winner: Kansas

3. Kentucky vs. Louisville (Dec. 28)

The Kentucky state championship will be extremely exciting because Kentucky will be as great as usual and Louisville has finally returned to greatness. I think Jordan Nwora and the Cards will make a statement.

Winner: Louisville

2. Michigan State vs. Duke (Dec. 3, Big Ten/ACC Challenge)

Michigan State is the best team in the country, and I think Duke will have woken up by December 3rd. In a rematch from last year’s NCAA Tournament Elite Eight, Tre Jones and Duke will head to Michigan State with a chip on his shoulder. Like the game from the NCAA Tournament, this one will also be spectacular. I also think the outcome will be the same.

Winner: Michigan State

1. Michigan State vs. Kentucky (Nov. 5, Champions Classic)

The game between these two right from the start is going to have me glued to my seat. What a great way to begin college basketball. Also, what a way for Michigan State to immediately prove that they are the best team in America.

Winner: Michigan State
