2. This team has swag

Juwan Howard was never short on confidence, especially when he played with the Fab Five at Michigan. He showed it in the NBA also and just carried himself with a type of swagger that not everyone does.

The question was how would his coaching and his confidence translate to the college game. Well so far so good. Howard isn’t afraid to be tough of his players, but he also isn’t afraid to let loose either.

Some might say that a coach needs to not act like that, but this is who Howard is and the players love it. You look at the faces of the Michigan players when he is dancing and they are loving every minute of it.

The players have picked up on that and they play like it also. They are disciplined but extremely confident and it shows. Playing with confidence is half the battle and this team has a lot of it.

Some of the Michigan players had it before, but they have more now. It reflects leadership and Howard is doing a great job leading this team. They are heading in the right direction because of the attitude Howard has brought and the team is following in his footsteps.
