Big game from leading scorer Kaleb Wesson

The recipe for success for Ohio State basketball begins and ends with Kaleb Wesson.

The Preseason All-Big Ten forward has been the anchor for his team this season, averaging a near double-double and controlling the paint with his size and scoring ability.

He is undoubtably the leader of this team.

In the first matchup between these two teams in early December, Wesson had 28 points and grabbed 10 rebounds as Ohio State absolutely dominated on both ends, winning 106-74 in Columbus.

The big man was able to knock down 4 three-pointers that afternoon, his career high.

Look for him to have the same opportunities on Saturday being matched up with Penn State’s Mike Watkins, who is more of a shot-blocking interior defender and struggles to guard away from the paint.

The pick and pop between D.J. Carton and Kaleb Wesson will be in full effect in this one, and Wesson will have to knock a down a few threes if Ohio State can pull off a big road win.
