7. Nathan Bain stuns Cameron Indoor. (Nov. 26th)

Exactly two weeks after Kentucky fell to Evansville at Rupp Arena, Duke dropped a home game that nobody saw coming. Also just like their blueblood counterpart, this came only weeks after winning the Blue Devils’ victory over Kansas at the Champions Classic. Duke, the previous owner of the longest non-conference home winning streak in the country, was shocked in Cameron Indoor on Nov. 26th by the Stephen F. Austin Lumberjacks.

Considering SFA only lost two more games the rest of the season and finished 28-3, this game will not be looked back on as the same caliber of an upset as UK-Evansville. After all, the Lumberjacks ended the season ranked higher in KenPom (No. 100) than five ACC teams. Regardless, though, the way this upset ended will never be forgotten.

8. KB3 = The Epitome of Clutch Pt. 1 (Nov. 26th)

Butler has had some great players of the years. Gordon Hayward, Shelvin Mack, Matt Howard, and Kelan Martin are the most recent well-known stars. Kamar Baldwin, though, has been the most clutch of the bunch and that started very early in his career. The 6-foot-1 guard out of Winder, GA started his storybook career with the program with a buzzer-beater against Northwestern in one of his very first games in Hinkle Fieldhouse.

Now fast-forward a few years. Kamar Baldwin, now in his senior year, is already pushing Butler to a stronger start than many had expected. The Dawgs were picked to finish just eighth in the Big East and miss the Big Dance for the second straight year. Heading into this final possession, Butler is already 6-0 with wins over Minnesota and Missouri while hovering around the nation’s Top 25.

This finish brought to you by KB3 is just Pt. 1 of what made him the epitome of clutch.
