Moussa Cisse

While it was thought that Moussa Cisse would possibly reclassify to  2020, Mark Davis — Cisse’s coach at Lausanne High School — told Larry Vaught that he doesn’t believe that will occur.

“It (reclassification) is just more people talking than him doing it,” Davis told Larry Vaught. “This social media stuff is kind of dangerous, especially dealing with a kid like Moussa, who had a dominating year.”

“I am sure all this G-League stuff with Jalen Green (getting a $500,00 deal) will be talked about a lot with a lot of players. I think it is kind of late in the game for Moussa to be jumping to the 2020 class. If he was going to do it, he probably should have already done it. You can’t wait until the last minute to get everything done. I could be wrong, but I just don’t see him playing in college next year.”

Cisse is down to 10 schools and is considering  Alabama, Georgetown, Georgia, Illinois, LSU, Memphis, Tennessee, along with Kentucky.

The New York native is very athletic and long though a bit on the slender side. He is a shot-blocking machine that runs the floor exceptionally well, as well as, an excellent finisher around the rim. While Cisse is an outstanding rebounder, he still needs to work on his offensive repertoire.

Cisse is one of the best prospects in the Class of 2021 as the five-star recruit is a consensus top 10 player. The 6-10 center averaged 21.3 points, 14 rebounds, and an astounding  8.6 blocks a game this past season. He also registered 16 triple-doubles.
