NCAA Basketball finalist for Andrew Nembhard – Duke Blue Devils

Duke was always going to be a major player for a star like Andrew Nembhard. Dukes got a great history of developing point guards into NBA talents and that’s surely got to be a deciding factor. Nembhard has already tested the draft water and will be looking to work on whatever feedback scouts gave him.

There’s not a lot of certainty with the point guard position going forward, for the 2020 season it’ll be Goldwire and five-star commit Jeremy Roach for next season, Roach will likely be a one and done player opening up the 2021 point guard spot for Nembhard.

Nembhard would provide Duke with an experienced playmaker in their backcourt, by adding the playmaker it would free up Duke to focus elsewhere for their 2021 recruiting needs. Duke can use an experienced player like Nembhard. a lot of Duke’s past success has been because of a veteran presence with the young players.

Duke is consistently one of the best teams in the country and they always pull in the big-time recruits, the addition of Nembhard would provide an elite playmaker who can be the primary ball-handler. Nembhard has already proved he has the ability to get his teammates involved and given the talent that would surround hi, Duke is easily one of the most attractive options.
