Potential NCAA Basketball option for Yor Anei – Florida State Seminoles

Considering that five-star center prospect Moussa Cisse is still potentially in the picture for the Seminoles, they may not have any need for the Cowboy transfer. But in terms of a natural fit, this would be a great pairing. The team lost Dominik Olejniczak to graduation and while starting center Raiquan Gray is solid, they could use a quality shot-blocker to improve the already sound defense.

If Anei can only play 20-25 minutes max, he’d be a nice plug-in for Florida State and its depth. They benefit most from having a bunch of low-usage pieces who can play off of each other. If they’re not confident in former top-50 big man Balsa Koprivica having a breakout season, this could be a potential option to consider.

Potential NCAA Basketball option for Yor Anei – Houston Cougars

With Fabian White Jr. already out for next season with an injury, Houston has next to no real depth in the frontcourt. They missed out on Delaware grad transfer Justyn Mutts this week and has just Brison Gresham and freshmen forwards, J’Wan Roberts and Kiyron Powell.

The Cougars are used to playing with smaller lineups but with the depth they have on the perimeter, all they need is a quality center to win the AAC and make a run in the NCAA Tournament.
