#22 Efton Reid, C

In the most mysterious recruitment on this list, center Efton Reid has barely revealed any preferences or thoughts on potential schools pursuing his services. The 7’1 big man has shown tremendous growth over the last several seasons but has not publicly released a top schools list. However, individuals within the recruiting community believe the race will come down to members of the ACC, Big East, or Big Ten.

Initial favorite Michigan is likely out of the race with the recent commitment of Moussa Diabate. The combination of Hunter Dickinson and Diabate makes playing time slim for Reid. Florida State, Virginia, and Georgetown are in the running, with both the Hoyas and Seminoles stockpiling bigs on their rosters this offseason as well. His decision could potentially come down to a race between Ohio State and Pittsburgh.

Reid has completed a campus visit with the Buckeyes and would likely want to take one to Pitt and several other schools before making his decision, however, my faith that Jeff Capel will begin to land top talent could start here.

Prediction: Pittsburgh Panthers
