12. Creighton Bluejays (16-5, 12-4)

The Bluejays got to celebrate their big win over Villanova a week ago for a long time, as they were idle this week. They’ll be back on the court with a home matchup against DePaul, along with a road game against Xavier, who has lost two straight and is heading to the bubble.

11. Florida State Seminoles (13-3, 9-2)

The week went as perfectly for the Seminoles as possible. MJ Walker and Raiquan Gray combined to score 32 points in their 21-point blowout victory over Virginia to take over first place in the ACC standings. And before the Cavaliers took another loss on Saturday to Duke, Florida State took care of business on the road at Pittsburgh, led by 16 points from Gray in the 79-72 win.

The Seminoles will remain on the road this week with games against Miami and North Carolina. The Hurricanes look to be finished due to their injuries, while the Tar Heels are coming off a 40+ point drubbing over Louisville. In order to stay on top of the ACC, FSU will need to find a way to beat both.

10. West Virginia Mountaineers (15-8, 8-4)

The Mountaineers had just one game this week, a top-15 matchup against Texas. Their defense let them down in the first half, allowing 53 points. They sharpened up in the second half, giving up 29 total points and coming back late to steal the game, 84-82. Five players were in double figures for West Virginia, led by Miles McBride with 17 points.

There are three games on the plate for West Virginia coming up, including the primetime matchup at No. 2 Baylor. But they better not look ahead and avoid the trap road game at TCU beforehand. After those two is a home game against Kansas State.
