4. Which first-round game are you most looking forward to?

Brown

The Alabama-Iona matchup is intriguing to me. It will by first time seeing Iona play but I’m excited to see what they can do against a very talented Alabama team. An upset win for Rick Pitino would be a huge storyline all over ESPN for sure. I think the game will be competitive but Alabama wins by eight or more points.

Cash

For me, I am very interested to see how Colorado vs Georgetown plays out. The Hoyas
are hot, and Colorado just suffered a tough loss to Oregon State in the PAC 12
Tournament. If Georgetown plays as they did in the Big East Tournament I think they
will pull off the upset here.

Childs

UConn and Maryland. Both have played great and both have struggled at times. It is going to be a hard-fought game.

Stevenson

I’m assuming Michigan State is gonna win against UCLA. But BYU vs Michigan State is gonna be awesome gonna be a super tough game.

Melton

This is the “must-see” game of the entire First Round for me. LSU has one of the top scorers in the country in freshman Cameron Thomas, as well as experience including Trendon Watford, Ja’Vonte Smart, and Darius Days. The Bonnies are A-10 Champs ranked #23 in the NET and have experience. This game will be a close, back-and-forth 40-minute battle.
