Muszynski is all geared up for his final season

Lastly, I asked Nick about goals for this coming season and prefaced it by saying besides making the NCAA Tournament. “We want to win the regular-season and conference tournament. Our schedule is going to be pretty good this year so we want to get ourselves in the top-25, we want to set ourselves up so when we go to Evansville we are in the at-large discussion, we want all of that.”

To make that happen I thought Nick had another goal that was very interesting about this upcoming season. He said, “I haven’t had a great offseason, because of health (his ankle) and circumstance (Covid shutdown) so I really, really want to have a great offseason. I want our team to be prepared, we bring everyone back outside of one guy, 95% of our minutes are back.”

“Nobody should be surprised with what we see next year. I want everyone to be prepared, I want guys to be confident, to be ready. I want to have the perfect season, but that doesn’t mean 30-0. I want our team to embrace the year.”
