6. Mason Miller

Mason Miller is a four-star forward prospect that ranked No. 73 nationally in the 2021 recruiting class this past summer. With his inside-out game, he’s set to make an impact on the perimeter and then some.

Miller is a highly-regarded 6-foot-8 prospect out of Houston High in Tennessee, where he took home last year’s Class AAA Mr. Basketball award after winning a state title to the tune of 19.1 ppg.

He’s a long, wiry forward with a shooting pedigree as a stretch-forward option and also the son of 17-year NBA veteran Mike Miller as well. He’s the first of a few four-star prospects set to find a role for themselves in this year’s lineup.

5. Ryan Hawkins

Ryan Hawkins is probably one of the more intriguing recruits in Creighton basketball’s 2021 class. He’s a 6-foot-7, 220-pound forward that can really fill it up at volume when given opportunities.

Hawkins looks to make the jump from the DII basketball ranks at Northwest Missouri State to Creighton basketball at the DI level. He was named the Most Outstanding Player at the 2021 Elite Eight after averaging 27.7 ppg en route to his school’s third DII Championship in history.

He finished with 22.6 ppg, 8.8 rpg, and 2.4 apg while shooting 46 percent from 3-point range and 54 percent from the field on the season. Look for him to play a big role in the frontcourt and perimeter production in 2021-22.
