. . . Tigers . 4. team. 432

Clemson basketball is probably the biggest surprise at the fourth spot in the ACC basketball preseason rankings, but given their additions from the transfer portal, it’s hard to ignore they look good on paper. Brad Brownell and his coaching staff have reason to celebrate

Graduate transfers Naz Bohannon and David Collins are a few impact transfer names to know in the early going for the Tigers in 2021-22. Bohannon is a sizeable 6-foot-6 wing prospect that can operate with the ball in his hands. He finished as an All-Horizon League selection in 2020-21 while putting up 16.5 ppg, 8.2 rpg, and 3.2 apg at Youngstown State. He’ll be a dynamic prospect to keep an eye on in Brad Brownell’s defensive-minded game plan.

Collins is a guard prospect that made strides at South Florida in the American Athletic Conference. He finished with 12.5 ppg, 3.5 rpg, 3.4 apg, and 1.3 spg in 2020-21. He’s another player that should excel in Brownell’s defensive system. He finished with an average defensive rating of 94.6 from 2018-20, look for him to return to form.

6-foot-4 four-star freshman guard Josh Beadle is another new name to keep an eye on. He’s an electric prospect that likes to operate off the bounce and make plays in the paint. Adding him to the rotation could prove a wise decision in 2021-22.
