SEC Basketball: Top 30 impact transfers heading into 2021-22 season

HM. G Aaron Cook – Georgia Bulldogs
Cook will be a prominent guard for the Bulldogs this season after spending the 2020-21 season at Gonzaga where he averaged 4.2 PPG in 13.4 MPG. Prior to last season, Cook spent four seasons at Southern Illinois where he averaged a combined 8.2 PPG, 1.9 RPG, 2.5 APG, and 1.3 SPG.
HM. F AJ Wilson – South Carolina Gamecocks
Wilson comes to South Carolina after spending four seasons in the A-10 at George Mason. Across those four seasons (two as starter), Wilson averaged a combined 6.8 PPG and 4.5 RPG as George Mason’s all-time leading shot-blocker, while also making the 2020-21 A-10 First-Team All-Defense and 2019-20 A-10 Most Improved Player.
HM. G Tye Fagan – Ole Miss Rebels
Fagan transferred to Ole Miss from Georgia in the offseason after he spent three seasons in Athens. Enjoying a breakout 2020-21 campaign a year ago, Fagan started in 25 of 26 games for the Bulldogs where he averaged a career-high 9.2 PPG and 4.3 RPG.
HM. F CJ Felder – Florida Gators
A two-year player at Boston College, Felder started in 35 of 50 games where he averaged a combined 7.2 PPG and 4.7 RPG. After making a big jump in three-point shooting a year ago, Felder could play an important role in the Gators’ frontcourt.
HM F Trey Wade – Arkansas Razorbacks
After spending his freshman season at UTEP, Wade transferred to Wichita State where he started 48 of 53 games the past two seasons. Averaging a combined 7.1 PPG and 5.5 RPG with the Shockers, Wade should be one of the leading rebounders for the Razorbacks this season.
