1. Kentucky +800

Kentucky is an incredibly sound basketball team that lacks weaknesses. The two key stats that I am focusing on when I evaluate Kentucky are their turnover percentage and their three-point shooting percentage. They lead the SEC in both of those categories. They are an extremely efficient team that values every possession and takes high percentage shots. These stats become even more impressive when you take a look at the teams they have tallied these numbers against.

The SEC is the second-rated conference in the nation according to KenPom, ranking behind the BIG 12. Therefore, Kentucky has been able to put up some of the most notable numbers in the country and they are doing it against very good teams.

If their low turnover percentage and efficient three-point shooting weren’t impressive enough, allow me to introduce to you Oscar Tshiebwe. Tshiebwe, standing at 6-foot-9 and 255 pounds, is a walking double-double. He averages 16.4 PPG and 15.2 REB. He is a monster in the paint and is impossible to keep off of the glass.

John Calipari has a very complete team this season with all the right pieces in place to make a run at the NCAA National Championship. At +800 odds, I really like the value you can get with the Kentucky Wildcats.
