21. Chris Livingston (SF) – Kentucky

Livingston doesn’t have incredible size for a forward, but he’s an explosive athlete who thrives as an aggressive driver who can finish at the rim with his athleticism and strength. He struggles at times in the half-court offensively but is excellent in isolation or on the fast break. Livingston projects as a switchable defender at the next level, but will need to become a more consistent shooter to lock down his place in the first round.

20. Jordan Walsh (SF) – Arkansas

Walsh is the first of three prospects that I have projected to go in the first round of the 2023 NBA Draft. He’s an explosive athlete with good quickness, long arms, and switchability defensively which is an increasingly valuable skill in the modern game. He thrives as a slasher and driver offensively but needs to continue to develop his jump shot to take that next leap into lottery territory.
