19. Anthony Black (SG/PG) – Arkansas

Black is a tall guard who has potential as a point guard at the next level if he can consistently defend the position. He can handle the ball and is an excellent passer. He has a smooth jump shot with range, although he is not a natural scorer and certainly does not have a score-first mentality. He does his best work with the ball in his hands or simply as a spot-up shooter, but can improve away from the ball offensively. His guard skills at 6-foot-7 are very tempting for NBA scouts, though.

18. Matthew Cleveland (SG) – Florida State

Cleveland is slated to have a breakout sophomore season on what should be a much-improved Florida State team. The ‘Noles dealt with seemingly constant injuries last season which held them back from a team perspective, but Cleveland still averaged 1..5 points in just over 26 minutes per game.

He needs to improve as a 3-point shooter (17.6%), but he has playmaking skills as a big guard that NBA teams have shown an increased interest in over the last several drafts. Florida State presumably returning to its winning ways as a Top 25 team this season will also help his draft stock.
