10. Indiana (4-0)

The Hoosiers have experienced a bit of revival very recently and certainly looks like the top of the Big Ten to this point in the season. They took care of business during the opening week and even got an impressive win this past week. Trayce Jackson-Davis looks the part of a major weapon on the national stage and Mike Woodson’s team is holding their own.

That impressive win came on the road at Xavier this past Friday, as the Hoosiers held on for an 81-79 victory. Jackson-Davis had 30 points while Xavier Johnson had 23 points and 7 rebounds in the big win. Two days later, the Hoosiers got win number four with an 86-56 win against Miami-Ohio. A 17-point, 16-rebound performance from Jackson-Davis was key, along with Jalen Hood-Schifino’s 12-point game.

Indiana is in great shape, especially after that win over Xavier as part of the Gavitt Tipoff Games. They’ve scored more than 80 points in each of their four wins and the defense has been efficient and solid in most of their games. Clearly, Jackson-Davis is living up to the hype early and the Hoosiers have handled their early tests. Next week presents little more, with home games against Little Rock and Jackson State, meaning there’s an easy road to 6-0.
