No. 10 – Yaakema Rose – Eastern Illinois

The 5’9 guard is a two-time ‘Newcomer of the Week’ and is the quarterback Marty Simmons’ team needed. Minor’s free throw accuracy is even better. After setting an OVC record for consecutive makes (47) to start the season, his .942 percentage is third-best nationally. The 6’ guard scores (12.6 ppg), rebounds (5.3), gives (2.7 assists), and takes away (1.5 steals) for the first-place Cougars.
No. 7 – Jaylen Sebree – Tennessee Tech
Former Morehead State forward Jaylen Sebree has jumped out from under Johni Broome’s shadow and has sparked the Golden Eagles to a resurgent season. While scoring 13.2 points per game, the 6’7 Sebree is grabbing over six rebounds per game and making threes at a .405 rate.
No. 6 – Mark Freeman – Morehead State
