10. Ibrahima Diallo – San Jose State Sharks

2022-23 season stats: 6.0 ppg and 6.0 rpg

After starting his career at Ohio State, the 6’10 big man transferred down to San Jose State, which was one of the worst programs among the top NCAA Basketball conferences. Diallo found his home with the Sharks, starting 47 games in two years, including all 35 this past season.

The senior had 10 points and 10 rebounds against Wyoming, along with a career-high 15 rebounds (7 offensive) versus Boise State. Diallo is a good rebounder and a capable interior defender that played a key role in San Jose State having its best season in years.

9. Naheem McLeod – Florida State Seminoles

2022-23 season stats: 3.8 ppg and 2.7 rpg

What separates McLeod from almost everyone in the transfer portal is that he’s a whopping 7’4 center who behemoths over opposing big men. He started 11 games this past season for the Seminoles at 13 mpg and over a block a game, including a career-high six in one game against Louisville.

McLeod isn’t a starter at the power conference level but he’s a definite backup that can provide around 15 mpg of quality minutes for any team that lacks depth. And that can be very impactful for a team that doesn’t have to rely on one center.
