Kentucky Wildcats

Kentucky is one of the youngest teams in NCAA Basketball next season, though they’re still going to lose a lot of talent. Not only will senior guard Antonio Reeves be gone but it’s also likely that five-star freshmen, Rob Dillingham and DJ Wagner, will go pro. Top-30 shooting guard Reed Sheppard will still be around, along with three-star freshmen, Joey Hart and Jordan Burks. Richmond’s chance at playing time will ultimately come down to who else the Wildcats land in 2024, especially when it comes to how many are of the five-star variety.

Louisville Cardinals

With the news of five-star guard Trentyn Flowers leaving, that doesn’t open up another spot for someone like Richmond to join the fold. He’d be added with four-star PG commit, TJ Robinson. There is room for more players on this rebuilding roster but the issue is whether or not Coach Kenny Payne can survive another season if things don’t go well for the Cardinals.

LSU Tigers

The Tigers are after a number of prospects in the 2024 class, particularly on the wing. They’re going to lose Vanderbilt transfer Jordan Wright, while Santa Clara transfer Carlos Stewart has two years left of eligibility. With other options available, we’ll see how aggressive LSU is in this specific recruitment.
