14. Tramon Mark – Arkansas

Mark is a former Top 100 recruit who landed at Houston and had three interesting seasons with the Cougars. He played in the Final Four as a freshman before injury cost him nearly all of his sophomore year. Last season he was a full-time backcourt starter, averaging 10.1 points and 4.9 rebounds while helping lead Houston to another fantastic season.

One of the offseason’s more notable transfers, Mark hopped over to Arkansas and is another key cog in Eric Musselman’s new-look rotation. While the scoring numbers are nice and he’ll be expected to contribute, the Razorbacks are excited for his contributions on the defensive end. Arkansas has a really talented lineup and Mark might be the defensive menace of the crew; we’ll see if his offensive game can match that intensity.

13. Moussa Cisse – Mississippi

Set to join his third school in four years, Cisse has certainly shown his potential on the court in recent seasons. He was the AAC Rookie of the Year after a great freshman showing at Memphis before becoming the Big 12’s best shot blocker at Oklahoma State the last two years. Cisse averaged 6.8 points, 8.0 rebounds, and 1.9 blocks per game with the Cowboys as a junior.

The former Big 12 Defensive Player of the Year will be slotted right into a major role at the back end for the Rebels. While not exactly known for his offensive game, the Rebels are hopeful that’s something that develops this season all while his presence elevates their defense. Unfortunately, Cisse is still waiting for a waiver giving him eligibility to play, but his presence would be a massive game-changer for Chris Beard’s first season at Ole Miss.
