2. Get this offense working

In their loss to the Rams, the Blue Jays came out strong but offensively they simply went cold at the end of the first half and they just never recovered. Their potent offense that was putting up over 90 points a game went absolutely ice cold, and they never recovered.

You can fix this through the first point of playing through your stars, but that does not solve efficiency. This team simply did not shoot well from the field, the Blue Jays shot 27.9 percent from the field, and a measly 20.7 percent from three against Colorado State, which is not going to win a ton of basketball games.

Every team has games where the shots just do not fall, and that was one of them. Whether they need better looks, to go inside more, or just knock-down looks, they will need to be much more efficient against the Cowboys.

This is where your shooters really come out and play, so maybe transfer Steven Ashworth starts to catch fire at this point of the season. He had eight points against Colorado State and is waiting to burst on the scene as a big-time transfer.

In terms of numbers, the shooting can only go up from here, it is just a matter of waiting and seeing if it will, and will improve enough to take this team down.
