13. Alabama (18-7)

You might not be able to find another team this season who can compare to Alabama’s offensive prowess. The Crimson Tide had some struggles earlier in the year against a tough nonconference slate, but have really shone out during SEC play. Their explosive offense has resulted in numerous 100-point performances and they notched another one of those this week.

The Crimson Tide’s only game of the week came Saturday afternoon against Texas A&M and resulted in yet another victory. Alabama won 100-75 over a Texas A&M team trying to impress the Selection Committee, making a statement against the Aggies’ defense. Mark Sears had another nice performance with 23 points while Rylen Griffen scored 17 and Latrell Wrightsell Jr. added 16.

After another great performance the Crimson Tide are now 10-2 in conference play. It’s a mark that only includes road losses against Auburn and Tennessee, arguably the two best teams in the SEC this season. Their basketball has been phenomenal over the last two months and this offense is unparalleled both in the SEC and in the nation. Next week presents a home date with Florida before an intriguing road trip to Kentucky.
