5. NC State beatdown

There is nothing better than beating up on your rival. In the first matchup of the season, Carolina did just that to NC State, beating the Wolfpack by 51 (51!) points. UNC put their foot on the gas from the tip and never let off, going on two separate 20-0 runs during the game.

This wasn’t by far the most entertaining game of the season, unless you are a diehard UNC fan that hates State’s guts, but it was a great game for Tar Heel fans everywhere.
