SF Christian David – Saxtons River, Vermont

Rankings across recruiting sites: ESPN (Four-star), 247 (Three-star), Scout (Three-star)

Another well-rounded recruit for Butler, Christian David stands at 6’7″ and has all the tools to be an impact player for the Bulldogs over the next few seasons. He has a smooth shooting release and makes plays well for his teammates. With his size (6’10” wingspan) and versatility, he could even shift up and spend some time playing power forward for the Dawgs, somewhat similar to the way Andrew Chrabascz played as an all-around forward.

David is regarded as a fringe top-100 recruit in the country and will certainly look to make an impression on the Butler faithful this upcoming season. He seems to be the kind of wing player that Butler fans have been accustomed to seeing become stars over the past several seasons. He is long and can shoot, similar to Kelan Martin and Gordon Hayward, and has the all-around game of several others.
