Georgetown Hoyas

Frontcourt players: JR Omer Yurtseven, JR Antwan Walker, JR Chris Sodom

2018 commits: No. 113 Josh LeBlanc, No. 229 Grayson Carter

Whether he stays in the draft or not, Jessie Govan won’t be apart of the 2019-20 Georgetown roster. So the Hoyas will need to find another quality big man for the future. They may have found it in NC State transfer Omer Yurtseven, who showed signs of brilliance this past season.

For Killeya-Jones, the fit with the other forward/center on the court will be important. He’ll have to play the center position because he’s yet to make a three-pointer in college. Yurtseven can shoot it, but it could be an issue on defense.

What makes the Hoyas such an intriguing option is the head coach Patrick Ewing, who the former Wolfpack big man said himself was the big reason for him committing there. The same could very well happen with Killeya-Jones.

Odds of going to Georgetown: Good with Ewing’s reputation being a legit factor

North Carolina Tar Heels

Frontcourt players: JR Sterling Manley, JR Garrison Brooks, JR Brandon Huffman

2018 commits: No. 2 Nassir Little, No. 66 Rechon Black

In all likelihood Little won’t be around after this season, but you never know. We all also will have no clue how much of a positive development the current freshmen bigs will have next year. The three of them showed signs of good play but were very inconsistent.

But few coaches have developed frontcourt players in four years as Tar Heels Head Coach Roy Williams has, and Killeya-Jones has to think that he can do the same thing for him. However, it the current North Carolina bigs have a breakout season in 2018-19, then the former Wildcat will essentially be in the same situation.

Odds of going to North Carolina: Not good, too much to chance for him with his second team
