14. Notre Dame Fighting Irish (13-15) (3-12 ACC)

Last rank: 12th (↓2)

The Notre Dame Fighting Irish drop in this week’s ACC basketball power rankings after dropping their fourth-straight game in league play. The Fighting Irish are on a bit of a losing streak as the schedule is finishing up, showing some chinks in the armor still.

Surprisingly, all four losses have come by less than 10 points but it’s been all about development for this squad. One player to keep an eye on is sophomore guard D.J. Harvey. Harvey put up 18 points on 6-of-14 shooting in their 68-61 loss to the Florida State Seminoles on Monday night.

Freshman Prentiss Hubb is also having a solid season. He’s been thrust into the fire his first year in and is producing 8.0 points, 3.8 assists and 3.0 rebounds per game this season.

Growing pains have been the name of the game for Notre Dame this season but with all their production returning next season, they’re setting the stage for a solid follow-up season. Up next for the Fighting Irish, a road trip to Louisville on Sunday then they’ll host the Clemson Tigers on Wednesday night as they look to snap their losing streak.
