Oklahoma State Cowboys

Starting with Oklahoma State, head coach Mike Boynton has been quite successful on the recruiting trail since taking over the program. And while the Cowboys are yet to make an NCAA Tournament appearance under his leadership, the expectation is that a trip to the most prestigious postseason tournament is not that far away. This is especially true when you consider that the program already owns the No. 23 recruiting class in the land and Harris could be the finishing piece on what is an outstanding group to begin with.

Oklahoma State had also been involved in the recruitment of Harris prior to his earlier commitment to Texas A&M. He is easily one the best remaining prospects in the nation and it is no surprise that they are back in the hunt. Harris is also obviously mutually interested as the Cowboys are listed in his final three and he visited campus in late-March along with top-75 OSU commit Marcus Watson. Ever since that visit, there have been four consecutive Crystal Ball predictions made in favor of Oklahoma State. And while these picks are not always indicative of the future, they often show an indication of what may be to come.

With regards to his fit on the roster, Oklahoma State already has two guards committed for the 2019 class but it is reasonable to assume that Harris would find a substantial role. It certainly seems as though the program has made Harris a priority at this point in time and the tides seem to be turning towards a commitment. He is still planning on taking other visits, though, so it is too early to tell where he might be headed.
