James Wiseman

Wiseman is from Memphis so it is sort of a homecoming for him. He has the ability to completely change the program direction. He could take this team to the promise land next season, and make the tournament, and even do some damage just by himself. It is hard to find someone in the college game that has the size the Wiseman has.

He is 7’0 feet tall with a standing reach well over 9’0 feet. While it is not as tall as someone like Mo Bamba had in college, Wiseman is much more skilled at this point in their career than Bamba was.

Wiseman can be someone like Anthony Davis was for Kentucky. He has the same size that Davis had, but Davis was much more polished on each side of the ball than Wiseman is at this point. But, Davis was going to the SEC not the AAC where I think Wiseman could actually have a better career statically than Davis did. But, didn’t Davis have a partner in crime with Michael Kidd-Gilchrist?
