3. Kahlil Whitney, Kentucky Wildcats

The Kentucky Wildcats have another star-studded class on the way in 2019 and it’s led by top-rated prospect, Kahlil Whitney. Whitney is a 6-foot-7 wing player that can get to the rim as well as create his own shot inside the arc. He’s a player that should excel in the Wildcats offense in 2019-20.

He produced 19.4 points, 5.7 rebounds, 1.8 assists and 1.1 steals per contest for Roselle Catholic (NJ) as they went 28-4 on the year and won the Non-Public B Championship in the state of New Jersey.

Whitney is an explosive player that’s set to make an impact in the Wildcats’ rotation much like John Calipari’s one-and-done prospects have in the past. With some depth and experience returning next year, it will be interesting to see how Whitney adjusts to his role as a scoring slasher in the offense.
