NCAA Basketball Recruiting: Biggest performances from 2020 Flyin to the Hoop
Day 1 (Friday) Standouts
Keon Ambrose (4-star, Alabama Commit) (18 points, 20 rebounds)
One of the best performances this weekend came from Alabama commit Keon Ambrose, 18 points and an impressive 20 rebounds in their thumping over Hillcrest Prep. A menace all over the court, Keon was one of the most impressive players this weekend, he’ll be a great addition to Nate Oats team.
Mike Foster (5-Star, Undecided) (24 points, 4 rebounds)
The number eight player in the country for Class of 2021 Mike Foster dropped 24 in Hillcrest Prep’s defeat to ISA Andrews Osborne Phoenix. He’ll be a good player wherever he ends up.
Jalen Green (5-Star, Undecided) (21 points, 8 rebounds, 5 assists)
The number three player in the 2020 class, Jalen Green, looked the part this weekend. 21 points, eight rebounds and five assists in their win against Huntington Prep. Jalen Green will be a big get for whoever he signs for, the crystal ball has it narrowed down between Memphis and Oregon.

Jaemyn Brakefield (4-Star, Duke Commit) (20/18 points, 8/7 rebounds)
The Duke commit and four-star forward Jaemyn Brakefield had a big night in Huntington Prep’s defeat over Prolific Prep, his 20 points were a team-high. Huntington Prep played two games, one Friday and Saturday and had 18 points and 7 boards in the second game, he’s big time.
Isaiah Cottrell (4 Star, West Virginia Commit) (15/16 points, 11/11 rebounds)
A consistent two games for Isaiah Cottrell and Huntington Prep. He’ll be a primary ball-handler for Bob Huggins and is capable of being able to contribute immediately. He wreaked havoc on both sides of the ball.
AJ Hoggard (4-Star, Michigan State Commit) (15/12 points, 11/3 assists)
Brakefield’s teammate AJ Hoggard had himself a pretty good game as well dishing out a game-high 11 assists. He did have seven turnovers but still chipped in 15 points in his first game. Hoggard had 12 in the second game.
