Why should you know Noah?

Noel chose Lowell after a decorated high school career in Frederick, Maryland. He holds the scoring record for his High School and set the record for the most three-pointers made in a game with eight. When he became a River Hawk the shooting traveled. He is a career 37 percent three-point shooter. After his freshman year his game took off and he developed into one of the best scorers in the conference. His development has turned him into a potential professional. It may not be in the NBA, but he has the game to play somewhere.

Last season was the season in which Noel put himself on the map. He averaged 18 points per game to go along with five rebounds and two assists. Noel put up the best shooting percentages of his career last season as well. He shot over 40% from deep and 49% overall from the floor. The guard has worked to develop himself into a player who has the chance to leave and test the NBA waters.

How can a player who put up that kind of numbers be due for a breakout?  Simple, he is now the go-to guy. He is no longer in the shadow of the two-time All-America East player in Christian Lutete. Lutete has graduated and Noah is now the player who is going to be relied upon to pick up the scoring and often take the team on his back and hope to propel them to a victory.

The senior guard is going to be given information from NBA staffs as to how his game is going to translate and the things he is going to need to do to take his game to the next level. Don’t be surprised if Noel himself becomes a 2-time All-America East player, and he is shooting for more.
