12. South Alabama Jaguars

Following an 8-game win streak to close the season, the Jaguars finished their season 2nd in the Sun Belt. A 1-point loss to Auburn earlier in the year showed tons of potential for the senior-laden team. Going into his 3rd season, head coach Richie Riley signed the conference’s top recruiting class and is well on his way towards building a strong program in Mobile.

There are likely to be growing pains for the Jaguars next season without their top-4 scoring leaders, but there is a perfect opportunity for the 2020 class to grow and play their way into a much stronger 2021 season. The addition of White to the 2021 class would easily make him the best prospect to ever join the program and become the ‘cherry on top’ of a budding program that could secure a conference title.

White’s success last season has brought about offers on a whole different scale, however. His potential talent floor and ceiling are both much higher than originally anticipated and his impact could be just as big at a Power 5 program.
