Kentucky Wildcats

If you didn’t think that Kentucky wouldn’t be on this list, then you’re simply wrong. Yes, they only have one current commit in their 2022 class but are still a winner up to this point.

The Wildcats currently sport the #5 ranked class in the country, but as mentioned previously, they only have one current commit. That one commit however is a big one in 5-star combo guard and Top 10 national player Skyy Clark.

Clark has been committed to the Wildcats since October of 2020. At 6’3, Clark is just an all-around phenomenal player as he is not only a solid defender but also a skilled offensive player who can score at all three levels on the court. While he is already a Top 10 player, Clark recently announced a transfer to national powerhouse Montverde Academy (FL) and could see his stock rise even more with a strong 2021 high school season.

While Clark could be enough, Kentucky is linked to numerous other highly touted players and is even considered the favorite for a few in particular. A few of these players, in particular, include 5-star guards Cason Wallace and Jaden Bradley, as well as 4-star guard Nick Smith.

The Wildcats will once again be a prominent player for many of the top recruits in the country in 2022. While they only have one current commit, don’t be surprised when Kentucky is competing for the top overall class in the country this time next year.
