At 6’8, his release point is high enough to clear lengthy defenders and his quick release allows him to be virtually unguardable in catch and shoot situations.

Watching Obanors highlights from last year’s NCAA Tournament, you can see the frustration in his defender’s eyes when trying to guard him along the perimeter.
