WCC Basketball: Top 10 impact transfers for 2021-22 season

While these three new Pilots didn’t find their way into this top 10 list, it needs to be noted the level of overhaul Legans has committed to in order to bring back competitive basketball to the school residing over the Willamette River.

Three of those new faces come from his last stop Eastern Washington. And two of them, Tyler Robertson and Michael Meadows will become immediate contributors. Robertson and Meadows were key contributors for a team that pushed Kansas to the limit in the NCAA tournament.

Robertson was the 6th man of the year in the Big Sky and led the conference in assist to turnover in league play. He’s a solid three-point shooter (38%) which will pair well with fellow newcomer Kristian Sjolund, who shot 47% from outside with UTEP.

The Pilots really raised the bottom of the conference with these moves and in doing so make it clear that there will be no safe nights this season.
