6. Kam Jones

Kam Jones is a three-star combo guard prospect out of the state of Tennessee looking to make a name for himself with Marquette basketball. He’s a 6-foot-4 guard with a ton of presence scoring and rebounding the ball.

He was a double-double waiting to happen during his senior year of high school at Evangelical Christian School in 2020-21, pouring in roughly 20.0 ppg and 10.0 rpg in his final year of high school hoops. He’ll look to bring a similar dynamic to a team in search of a new identity. He’s an athletic, exciting prospect that plays with a ton of energy.

5. Emarion Ellis

Emarion Ellis is a four-star prospect out of Assumption High (Iowa) joining the Marquette basketball fold this season. He’ll look to bolster the backcourt with his electric style of play on the wing.

He’s a 6-foot-5 guard that climbed the ranks in the state of Iowa, taking home 3A State Player of the Year and first-team All-Class 3A honors after posting 18.1 ppg, 5.9 rpg, 4.1 apg, and 2.1 spg in 2020-21. He’ll be one to watch with his ability to make plays on both ends of the floor.
