16. G Phlandrous Fleming Jr – Florida Gators

Previous School: Charleston Southern

When looking at the previous collegiate resumes for any incoming SEC transfer this season, you arguably won’t find one more eye-popping than Fleming. A four-year starter at Charleston Southern, Fleming averaged a combined 15 PPG, 6.4 RPG, and 2.7 APG for his career which included over 1,500+ points, 23 double-doubles, and 30 20+ point games.

Looking back at the last two seasons alone, Fleming was a First-Team All-Big South selection, as well as being named the Big South Defensive Player of the Year in both while averaging 17.7/20.1 PPG and 8.7/7.4 RPG respectively. No, Fleming likely won’t average the same eye-popping numbers as the last two seasons, but he has the potential to be a real difference-maker in the deep Florida backcourt.

15. G Au’Diese Toney – Arkansas Razorbacks

Previous School: Pittsburgh

Arkansas landed multiple high-profile transfers in the offseason with Toney, a three-year starter at Pittsburgh, first on this list. Starting in 69 of 79 games over the past three seasons with the Panthers, Toney averaged a combined 9.7 PPG and 5.4 RPG, which also included a career-high 14.4 PPG last season through 16 games.

The 6’6 guard is a career 42.6% shooter from the field and has experience over the years playing against the elite-level competition in the ACC. While not the most prolific three-point shooter, Toney is an excellent driver and rebounder for his position and should be tops among the Razorbacks’ guards in both scoring and rebounding.
