13. Cashius McNeilly, TCU

Info: 6-4, 190 lbs., PG, So.

McNeilly was a four-star prospect in 2019 who has yet to play a college basketball game. He started his career at Texas A&M as a medical redshirt in 2019-20 before opting out of the 2020-21 season due to COVID-19.

McNeilly announced his intentions to transfer to TCU this offseason but decided to reenter the transfer portal before the start of the season. His potential as a scoring guard is still attractive to a number of high-major suitors, most recently taking an official visit to Maryland.

12. Valdir Manuel, New Mexico

Info: 6-10, 225 lbs., PF, Jr.

2020-21 stats: 7.9 PTS, 4.9 REB, 1.4 BLK, 44.8 FG%

Manuel averaged 7.9 points, 4.0 rebounds, and 1.4 blocks per game last season for the Lobos. He ranked No. 3 in the Mountain West in block percentage and in the top 20 for offensive rebounding. Manuel did not play for New Mexico to start this season due to a suspension, which stemmed from a non-athletics-related issue. He retains two years of eligibility after spending two seasons at Harcum College before transferring to New Mexico, where he used his “free” year.

11. Tariq Ingraham, Wake Forest – RIDER

Info: 6-9, 260 lbs., PF, R-Fr.

Ingraham missed his entire freshman season with a torn left Achilles tendon and the majority of his sophomore season with COVID-19 complications. He played just one game this season before announcing his intentions to transfer. A former three-star prospect, Ingraham will be a welcome addition to a Rider team that has struggled offensively so far this season. He will have three full seasons of eligibility remaining.

10. Fletcher Abee, The Citadel – UNC ASHEVILLE

Info: 6-3, 180 lbs., SG, So.

2020-21 stats: 12.4 PTS, 3.2 REB, 54.5 FG%, 37.1 3P%

Abee averaged 12.2 PPG in 2019-20 and 12.4 PPG last season and is a career 37.4% shooter from three. He will join UNC Asheville for the 2022-23 season with three full seasons of eligibility remaining. His addition will fit a specific need for Head Coach Mike Morrell as the Bulldogs have struggled to find consistent shooting so far this season.
