Who’s got work to do?

Creighton Bluejays (15-8)

The Creighton Bluejays got two victories over the Georgetown Hoyas to increase their Big East win total to seven on Monday night. With a 3-5 record against Q1 squads and 1-2 record against Q2 squads, the Bluejays will need to get a victory or two with Marquette, Providence, UConn, and Seton Hall still left on the conference regular-season slate.

North Texas Mean Green (18-4)

North Texas took home their 10th straight victory with a win over Rice on the road this past Saturday. They’re 11-1 in Conference USA action, 1-1 against Q1 teams, 2-2 against Q2 teams, and 3-1 against Q3 teams so far. If they can finish out the regular season unscathed, they could earn the at-large if they fall in the conference tournament.

Oregon Ducks (16-8)

The Oregon Ducks are another team on the bubble and they didn’t help their cause with a 78-64 loss to California, a team in Quadrant III, this past Saturday. While they’re 2-3 against Q1 teams and 3-2 against Q2 teams, they’re also 3-3 against Q3 teams, which is something to keep an eye on. They got a 62-59 victory over Washington State to get things back on the winning side but they’ve got work to do if they hope to earn an at-large bid with another ugly loss.

Michigan Wolverines (14-10)

Following Saturday’s loss to the Buckeyes, the Michigan Wolverines are running out of room to earn an at-large bid after entering the season as Big Ten favorites. The Wolverines are 2-6 against Quadrant 1 programs and 4-3 against Quadrant II programs. They’ll need to secure victories over Iowa and Wisconsin on the road this week to keep their NCAA Tournament hopes alive.
