8. Tramon Mark – Houston to Arkansas

2022-23 season stats: 10.1 ppg, 4.9 rpg, 1.8 apg

Despite not being a go-to option on offense, Mark still found a way to have a good impact as a scorer. He had three games with at least 20 points this past season, including a 26-point effort versus Auburn in the NCAA Tournament. Mark can be a bit inefficient at times on offense but can get to the basket at a high rate and is a very good defender as well.

Arkansas is having a completely different backcourt next year. Mark joins Washington transfer Keyon Menifield and likely another veteran guard soon. He has a real chance to be the focal point of the offense of a team that has been just as successful as Houston in the NCAA Tournament.

7. Caleb Love – North Carolina to Michigan

2022-23 season stats: 16.7 ppg, 3.7 rpg, 2.8 apg

Love is one of the most polarizing players that have ever entered the portal. He had a pair of 29+ point games in the 2023 NCAA Tournament that included a game-winning shot to beat Duke in the Final Four. The shooting guard has a number of big games and creates his own shot with ease. He also can shoot his team out of games with his inefficiency.

Michigan will take that chance though, as they lost its top three scorers this offseason. That includes their original starting shooting guard, Kobe Bufkin. Love comes in and will be their focal point of the offense next to Dug McDaniel in the backcourt and helps make them more competitive for next season.
