27. Isaiah Miranda – NC State Wolfpack

2022-23 season stats: N/A in NCAA Basketball

Miranda is a former top-50 prospect in the 2023 recruiting class that reclassified and joined NC State midway through last season. He redshirted but plans changed, as he entered the portal. He’s a 6’11 big man that has plenty of potential and is more than worth taking a flyer on if you’re a team that needs frontcourt help.

26. PJ Fuller – Washington Huskies

2022-23 season stats: 6.2 ppg and 2.5 apg

Fuller is a 6’4 guard that played two years each at Washington and TCU. His career average is 6.3 ppg and 39% shooting from the field. He’s a proven and experienced power conference player that a team can add to their rotation and would be a solid one-year rental for a backcourt.

25. Kam Woods – NC A&T Aggies

2022-23 season stats: 17.3 ppg and 3.3 apg

Woods not only led the Aggies in scoring but was one of the top performers in all of CAA. He had 10 games of at least 20 points, including 30 on 6/12 shooting from deep against College of Charleston. He’s a two-time transfer which may be hurting his recruitment but the 6’2 guard has proven he can be an effective scorer overall.
