Michigan Wolverines

The Wolverines have been a team looking to make a couple more additions to its roster, both inside and out. On the perimeter, Alabama transfer Nimari Burnett is set to start next season alongside point guard, Dug McDaniel. The wing position is still open, along with the desire to add one more ball-handler.

Perez could solve both issues for Michigan as a capable starter in the lineup that would get plenty of minutes. And based on the roster construction, it wouldn’t be a surprise if he ended up having a large role in the offense and being a potential leading option.

Oregon Ducks

Up until a week ago, the Ducks were fine on the wings. But then, ASU transfer Devan Cambridge made a surprising decision to de-commit and play for Texas Tech. It’s a blow for the team’s roster but they still have a pair of incoming five-star wings, Kwame Evans and Mookie Cook.

Where Perez would come in is that Oregon could use another depth piece in the backcourt, one that can handle the ball since Will Richardson isn’t on the roster anymore. So just in case, incoming freshman Jackson Shelstad isn’t ready for big minutes in running the offense, the Ducks will have another capable option with plenty of experience.
